Completing the BSSR MyBEAP

MyBEAP is an online Building Emergency Action Plan generator that makes creating an emergency plan for UGA buildings fast and easy.

A web-based, online plan generator system: MyBEAP
The Office of Security and Emergency Preparedness has completed the final design and testing phase of an online plan generator that is now available to UGA Building Safety and Security Representatives (BSSRs) to create a building specific emergency plan that prepares the building occupants for possible emergency situations.
A special BSSR Brown Bag Lunch meeting, held on October 19, 2011, introduced the MyBEAP to the UGA Building Safety and Security Representatives. The program included a overview of the MyBEAP, how to access it and a question and answer session.
The MyBEAP link, now available to BSSRs, is an easy and user friendly way to generate a building specific Building Emergency Action Plan (BEAP). A valid UGA MyID and password is required to access the MyBEAP.
Along with work sessions, a web-based MyBEAP tutorial has been developed for BSSRs that will make creating a Building Emergency Action Plan (BEAP) easier and less time consuming.

BSSRs may find it helpful to utilize the MyBEAP Resource Page in compiling their online Building Emergency Action Plan, known as MyBEAP.
The MyBEAP Resource Page information is provided as resources that can be used by the UGA Building Safety and Security Representatives (BSSRs) in planning their Building Emergency Action Plan (BEAP) generated by the MyBEAP plan generator system. Contact the Office of Security and Emergency Preparedness for additional building specific emergency planning training resources or if you have any questions about the MyBEAP system.
The MyBEAP link is now available to BSSRs that will automatically generate a building specific BEAP. A valid UGA MyID and password is required to access the MyBEAP.
